How does the process work for a property manager?

You contact us once. We deal with the tenant directly, send the quote within 24 hours of the visit, and once you have owner approval and send a work order we handle the rest — including the entry notices and the scheduling. It is set up that way specifically so it is not more admin for you.

How often do trees get looked at?

It depends on the trees and the site. Somewhere between annually and quarterly covers most properties. We will put a schedule together after seeing what is actually there.

Can you keep records for body corporate reporting?

Yes. Scheduled work, what was done and what was recommended can all be documented, which is usually what a committee needs to see. If a tree needs a formal assessment, our AQF5 arborist can prepare a report.

Scheduled instead of reactive

Trees on a cycle are cheaper to keep than trees left alone. Deadwood comes out before storm season instead of after it, canopies get reduced gradually rather than in one hard cut, and the jobs that would have become emergencies get picked up while they are still small. You get one contact, work booked in advance, and no scramble the morning after weather.
