Commercial Tree Services

A tree problem at a rental is rarely just a tree problem. There is a tenant who wants it dealt with today, an owner who wants to know what it costs first, and you in the middle trying to move it forward without a dozen phone calls.
We quote quickly and in writing, so you have something to send the owner the same day rather than a verbal estimate you have to explain.

Most of what we do for agencies is unglamorous and needs to be reliable: a limb over the neighbour’s fence, a tree the tenant says is dropping on the car, a hazard after a storm. We attend, assess, quote in writing, and once approved we book it in and deal with the tenant directly for access so you are not relaying times back and forth.
Typical work orders:

What we handle for you
The tree work is the easy bit. These are the things that make a work order drag.
Getting a written quote fast
Owners approve what they can see. A written scope with a price is what turns a conversation into an authorisation.
Coordinating tenant access
We contact the tenant to arrange the day and confirm access, rather than routing every message through you.
Knowing whether it is urgent
A qualified opinion on whether a tree is actually dangerous protects the owner and gives you something defensible to pass on.
Evidence for the file
Photos and a written assessment, which matters when a tenant claim or an insurance question comes later.
Council rules on the property
If the tree turns out to be protected, that changes the job entirely, and it is better found before the owner has approved a removal.

We will attend, assess and quote in writing.

Where a tenant has raised a concern about a tree and nothing was documented, the position gets awkward quickly if it later fails. A written assessment closes that off — either the tree was sound and there is a qualified opinion saying so, or it was not and the work was done. Either way the file is complete. We are fully insured for public liability and WorkCover, and every crew is AQF5 Diploma and Certificate 3 certified.
Questions
It depends on the day and whether it is an emergency. Storm damage and genuine hazards get prioritised. Tell us what the situation is when you send it through and we will give you a straight answer rather than an optimistic one.
Yes, for access and scheduling, which saves you relaying times. Anything about scope or cost comes back to you and the owner.
Sometimes, for straightforward work, and it is a good way to give an owner a ballpark quickly. Anything large or near a structure we would rather look at, because a quote that changes on the day helps nobody.
Yes. If you manage a portfolio, one contractor across it is simpler for scheduling and invoicing — talk to us about how you would like it set up.

Where we work
We work commercial sites from Caboolture down through the Moreton Bay region to inner Brisbane — unit complexes, rental portfolios, development sites and council land. If you manage property across several suburbs, one contractor covering the lot is usually simpler than three.
