Commercial Tree Services

Trees on common property come with a layer that private jobs do not have: a committee, a budget, an insurer and residents who all have a view. We work with body corporates and strata managers across Brisbane and quote in a form you can actually take to a meeting.
That usually means a written scope, itemised so the committee can see what is urgent and what can wait until next year.

Unit complexes tend to have the awkward combination: mature trees planted when the block was developed, parking and units directly underneath, and access that a full-size truck cannot get near. That is exactly the work our spider lift and crane exist for. We schedule around residents, keep the site clean between stages, and let the building manager know what is happening and when.
What we are usually called for:

How we work with committees
Most of the friction on strata work is administrative rather than arboricultural. These are the things that remove it.
A scope the committee can read
Itemised by tree and by task, so a meeting can approve part of it now and defer the rest without re-quoting.
An independent assessment where it is contested
When owners disagree about whether a tree should go, a qualified report moves the discussion off opinion.
Notice to residents before we arrive
Cars moved, access clear, nobody surprised by a chipper at seven in the morning.
Insurance and paperwork upfront
Certificates of currency and any site documentation the manager needs, provided before the day rather than chased after it.
One contractor across the portfolio
If you manage several buildings, the same crew across all of them makes the scheduling and the invoicing far simpler.

A body corporate carries a duty for the safety of common property, and trees are part of that. Where a tree has a known defect over a carpark and nothing is documented, the position is uncomfortable. A written assessment and a maintenance record is the cheapest insurance there is. We are fully insured for public liability and WorkCover, our arborists are AQF5 Diploma and Certificate 3 certified, and we are listed on the Queensland Arboricultural Association’s Register of Approved Contractors and Consultants.
Questions
Generally the body corporate, where the tree sits on common property rather than within a lot. The line is not always obvious on older plans, and it is worth confirming against the survey plan before work is commissioned. Where it is genuinely unclear, that is a question for your strata manager rather than for us.
Yes. Itemised by tree and by task, with the urgent work separated from the discretionary, so the committee can approve part of it without needing a new quote for the rest.
Yes — certificates of currency and site documentation on request, provided before the work rather than after.
We work around your schedule to minimise disruption where we can. Tell us the constraint — school drop-off, resident parking, a function on the weekend — and we will plan the day around it.

Where we work
We work commercial sites from Caboolture down through the Moreton Bay region to inner Brisbane — unit complexes, rental portfolios, development sites and council land. If you manage property across several suburbs, one contractor covering the lot is usually simpler than three.
